Our village Travanca da Mondego has a surprisingly good gym, which boasts its own sauna and excellent aerobics room. Aerobics classes are twice a week. One-day membership for tourists is about 5 Euros. The gym also sells bicycles and the owner will also hire them out for a modest fee.
The spacious gym has cardio-vascular equipment, lots of different weight machines as well as free weights. Be on holiday and get fit at the same time! Further details available at the house. The gym is about 2 minutes drivefrom Casa Lagares.
